Victor was the absolute best realtor we have ever worked with. I’m still a bit shocked to be entirely truthful at how easy, stress free, and overall positive he was able to make this entire process. It sincerely felt like he was so dedicated to helping to find the perfect place for our family. He was on top of everything right away. Not a single delay any time we called or texted him, he was available at literally any time and he was so knowledgeable that he gave us such good advice to ensure the process was so seamless. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I feel so lucky we had a local realtor who knew the area we wanted to be in. We had the pleasure of working with Victor Heness as our realtor for the sale of our home. We reached out to him several months in advance of our selling time frame and he patiently walked us through everything we needed to know while offering suggestions about how to prepare our house for sale and answering questions we didn’t even know we had! In those months leading up to our planned list date, he kept us apprised of market conditions and made recommendations on the appropriate selling price, exactly when to list, etc., based on fluctuations in the market. His guidance led to fantastic results - we were under contract the day after it went on the market for higher than list! Victor’s support during the contract phase was fantastic. He coordinated every detail and kept us in the loop at every turn. Closing was just a formality by the time we got to the settlement table. We didn’t have any questions because he made sure we knew everything we needed to know beforehand. Victor’s dedication as a realtor is impressive and he regularly went above and beyond to make sure we had answers to all questions, big and small, no matter how early or late in the day (even on weekends!). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
