I cannot tell you how wonderful of a person Jim is. He has helped so many people buy a home/multiple homes and has made people very happy. He is forever in my prayers and was always in my mother’s prayers for helping us find homes. We were blessed enough to buy our next door to my parents. He is extremely patient and is a great listener. One thing that I loved most about Jim was his bluntness. He has been in the business for a long time and he definitely knows what a customer can buy. He is extremely professional but it’s not always business. He is a funny guy as well. He tries to take some of the stress of buying a home off everyone’s shoulders for a bit.
