I worked with Stan Lesniak over several months and we weren't even in the same state. My first inquiry was for a particular home and I had not yet put my house on the market. Stan talked me through the process of what I needed to do to get my house on the market while he negotiated for me to purchase the home in PA. Many, many negotiations as well as inspections that Stan attended. Every single inspection, Stan was there to ask questions and have eyes on what the state of affairs were. He negotiated and did so with my best interest in mind, over and over again. 3 weeks before closing, the seller had a family emergency that ended the sale. In the meantime I had sold my home and was expected to move out the same day as moving into the new home. Stan stayed calm and focused helping me find something else which I didn't think was possible. Stan patiently drove us all over the state to show us homes. Over 2 weekends, we covered lots and lots of miles. The last house on the last day was perfect and VACANT. Stan jumped into action to negotiate, set up inspections, and again, was present for all of the inspections. He advised me on how to proceed. I am now living in a place I love and my appreciation for Stan is more than words could express. Stan worked his tail off in both deals and kept me on track to get things accomplished. He knows who to call and is a master of expediting processes. Stan put his all into representing my interests and is still in the picture over a month later! The septic system needed some work and Stan continues to be involved to ensure that the work is completed with money he negotiated for. I can't recommend Stan Lesniak highly enough. His communication and negotiation skills are impeccable, his knowledge of home building is more than impressive, and most importantly, he is a true professional in every sense of the word. And if all of that isn't recommendation enough, he is a solid human being that eased me through one of the most stressful times of my life! Thanks, ever so much for everything, Stan!

Julianne Lesniak is quite simply one of the best realtors and service professionals we have ever had the pleasure to work with, and she entirely exceeded our wildest expectations! We were in the process of selling our elderly mother’s home from a distance, and from our first phone call with her, we knew we were in good hands and had found a realtor that thoroughly knew the real estate business and local market, was going to go the extra mile, and truly cared. There was absolutely no pressure from her to sign, but after doing our due diligence and then meeting in-person with her, we felt very comfortable moving ahead. Her enthusiasm and commitment to the property was clear and she got started immediately. Excellent photos and description of the home followed, the MLS listing, the open houses, multiple showings, engagement with her network…she was just a powerhouse! Julianne is an excellent communicator and kept us informed at every step as the process rolled along. We had so much trepidation given it was an older home and was being sold ‘as-is’, but she was confident that we would get our full-asking price offer, and we did! She handled every bit of the paperwork expertly, and we were able to do almost everything electronically, which was a great help to us. Julianne pored over every detail and settlement on the home went seamlessly. Throughout the process, Julianne never forgot that she was working for our mother, and was always completely respectful and kind to her, offering her advice but never pushing, and making sure she was included in every decision. We couldn’t be happier with Julianne’s service on our behalf, and are just so happy to have been on the receiving end of that kind of professionalism and care. Julianne Lesniak is an amazing realtor. She provided excellent service, and did everything in her power to ensure the home selling process remained "normal". This is a significant feat in our current crazy world of real estate. We have bought and sold numerous homes over the years, lived through many unusual real estate situations, yet found this last experience, to be the most enjoyable. We could not be happier with her service.
