Karen was really great to work with - we had no idea what we were doing, and she walked us through everything we needed to do to get us the house that we wanted in a really tough market. With her guidance we were able to purchase a house that had 8 other offers. I didn’t think we had a chance! But Karen knew exactly what to do to get our offer to stand out amongst the others. Once that process was completed, Karen helped us to get our house listed - giving tips on what we should/should not do, what buyers look for and how to get the most out of selling our home. We not only sold our home in two days, but for over asking! Karen was incredibly helpful and patient (and boy did she need to be patient with us!) and the end result is, we sold our house quickly and walked away with a lot more money than I ever expected, and we are now living in our dream “forever” home. There aren’t enough words to describe how great Karen is at what she does - if you need a realtor that can get things done for you, you need Karen!

Karen is awesome and very fair minded. She’s very professional and knows her job extremely well. She was always on point, very organized and very thoughtful. She gave my wife and I the best counsel regarding what she felt about each home we looked at. If the home was overpriced she made us aware. Karen was very supportive and never gave up in helping us find the right home. She’s very respectful and responded timely to all communications. She will be our agent for life until she retires from real estate. Finding the right home is important but the agent’s ability to work with the lender to ensure timely processing of required documents was something Karen also did so well. My husband and I began our house search on our own, and when Karen answered our call with regards to a property listed in her name (on the morning following a damaging snow storm) I knew she was the realtor we were waiting for. Her responsiveness was exceptional from that very first day throughout our search. Despite her busy schedule serving numerous clients, Karen consistently made us feel as though we were her greatest priority. Karen also served as our sellers agent.
