When our design firm wanted to relocate from NYC to Philadelphia the MS Fox Group came highly recommended through word of mouth. We are so glad they took us on and want to express how grateful we are to Brett Fox and his team for working with us to find the perfect space. We looked at over 40 spaces, sometimes three or four times to ensure we found the right fit, Brett’s patience during the process is otherworldly to say the least. His sincere enthusiasm was a big value add. Brett is truly a terrific commercial realtor. He is an expert with finding the right space based on one’s budget, location and personnel requirements. Brett explained each step of the process and helped us negotiate with the landlord for an awesome space in Conshohocken. I can’t imagine going through this process without someone like Brett on my side. It was a complex transaction and Brett was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. We were lucky to have found him and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent commercial real estate. You won't be disappointed.

These guys are fantastic. While other brokers often ignore you and don't get back to you, these guys took the time and effort to understand what I needed and found me the perfect property. The lease process turned out to take awhile and MS Fox has spent a huge amount of time going back and forth with everything for months. I can't recommend anyone more highly.
