Mel and his old man held on to my rental application, deposit, and credit file for days without contacting me during the agreed timeframe to inform me of the rental decision. After calling the office and leaving messages to return my call I had to go to the office to find out the status and the old man began to bark. Mel didn't want to update me but wanted to hold my money and they were offended I asked Why I did not receive a call during the specificied time. I did end up getting my money back but not after Mel tried to give me a check with the incorrect spelling of my name. He really tried to tell me to write my correct name on the front of the check. Well good thing I use to work at a bank and know better. He once again became offended because I refused the check with the incorrect spelling. No where in the USofA does it take days to get an approval on a rental property. They are slimey. I've heard they were slumlords with bad business practices. I gave them a try because I did not want to judge but I first hand experienced their bad buisness ethics personally. I put a lock on my credit file because at this point I do not trust them as they still held on to my application and credit report.

These people are rude and unkindly, just reached out in regards to a listing of there’s and from what I understand that passed prejudgment and began to be rude and disrespectful, customer service is horrible, spoke with Robert C mazer and was very unpleasant rude , and nasty . I continued to be respectful even afterwards as he continued to be rude & nasty
