[PK Property] Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Deceptive – Stay Away! Our experience with [Kun Woo Han] known as [Peter Han] was an absolute nightmare. From the start, he was dishonest and intentionally deceptive. He is not just a real estate agent but also the owner of the real estate business selling the property—something he failed to disclose. This is a serious conflict of interest and raises major ethical concerns. He lied about his own name on the Agreement of Sale as an agent and provided a false name for the seller, later crossing out the seller’s name without both party's consent witch he could not do as it will be breach of contract disclosing false names. Additionally, he failed to provide the required property disclosures, essentially forcing us to move forward without knowing critical details about the property. The entire agreement was unclear and not foreseeable, making it impossible to fully understand what we were getting into. He also recommended Woori Bank for the loan was a another nightmare we think they all work together to scam people. To make matters worse, when our bank denied our loan and we provided an official denial letter as required by the contingency, [Peter Han] refused to return our money. Despite following the agreement terms, he wrongfully withheld our funds, forcing us to hire an attorney to fight for what was rightfully ours. On top of all this, [Peter Han] was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Any time we asked questions, he talked to us rudely over the phone, dismissing our concerns instead of providing clear answers. His behavior made an already stressful process even worse every time we try to talk to him he all way say I'm driving and hang up . Buying property is a major investment, and you need an agent who is transparent, ethical, and professional. Unfortunately, [Peter Han] was the complete opposite. We strongly advise anyone considering working with him to run in the other direction!

Avoid This Agent – Dishonest & Unprofessional I had a very bad experience with Peter Han owner of PK Property throughout the process, He was dishonest about key details, failed to communicate properly, and made misleading claims that cost me time and money. He did not act in my best interest and showed a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend working with this agent. If you’re looking for a trustworthy real estate professional, I suggest looking elsewhere. Stay away from PK Property and Peter Han .
