She went above and beyond to collect additional information on homes that we were interested in and she was always available to answer any questions. Every interaction I had with Stephanie Saracini was not only very friendly, she was clearly very knowledgeable of the housing & renting market in Philly. She made it easy to find the perfect home for both me and my partner while keeping in mind our budget and home preferences. Stephanie also would never turn down any question I had during the whole process from viewings, signing leases, move in inspections, and even after move in with maintenance issues. I truly can't recommend Stephanie and her team in South Passyunk enough - you won't be disappointed!

If only there was the ability to give more than 5 stars -- we would give them ALL to Stephanie. We would never trust anyone but the Capri Closes team to help us find our perfect home and when we met Stephanie we immediately knew we were in good hands. Stephanie is just the best -- she is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, particularly at navigating a fast-paced, competitive market during a pandemic. She is calm, practical, and always sought out information for us so that we could make the best decision. Stephanie genuinely wanted us to find the right fit and went above and beyond to make it happen. She got to know us and our particular likes/dislikes so well that by the time our dream home came on the market she booked a showing without even sending us the listing and we put in an offer that day! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Stephanie. She was phenomenal and we would recommend her to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, kind, down to earth realtor who we are lucky enough to now call a friend.
