I think the fact that I’ve had two children who have used Team LaBrusciano speaks volumes to their expertise, professionalism, and guidance in an extremely important purchase in your lifetime. My older son was so happy with Ursula who did most of the footwork with him that he recommend her to his brother as a realtor. Ursula listen to what Collin was looking for what his price range was where he wanted to be in the city itself, and ultimately both my children’s homes appraise for more than their paid value. At Collin's Walk-through we became aware that the sellers never did things that they were supposed to ,the house wasn’t clean. They hadn’t removed all of their personal items , some of the items were damaged, and once you signed the paperwork that there is no going back. Ursula got in touch with the other realtor Stayed behind to make sure that the cleaners came called on the phone and negotiated with the buyer for the damages that we saw and got us extra cash at closing. The buyers realtor never showed up at closing. Ursula‘s husband. Al was at closing with us, this is the benefit of a team ! by the time Ursula got to closing we were already done. She had secured the extra funds and the house was cleaned . I can’t thank them enough. I can’t recommend them enough ! if you want someone who will work with you and for you , Al and Ursula are your team !

The Al LaBrusciano Team was fantastic with my family and I! We found them by pure happenstance, but I’m glad we did. It didn’t matter what time of day, Ursula was always available and always up to date and the latest of what was going on with finding my home. Behind closed doors, her team worked hard to ensure my process was as painless and quick as possible. You can tell they all really enjoy their line of work and really felt like I was part of a family during the process. I never thought in a million years that a realtor would give me the customer service that I had experienced. 10/10 would recommend the Al LaBrusciano Team for any realtor expertise you may need. They are by far the best of the best hands down.

The whole process wasn’t as intense with the assistance and guidance that Ursula and the whole LaBrusciano team gave me during this milestone in my life. I definitely and highly recommend them as your realtor group!

As first time home buyers the process can be long, tedious, and exhausting. Ursula Ann made our experience easy, convenient, and enjoyable. She is incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ursula Ann was very easy to work with, she responded to calls and texts almost immediately. Scheduling showings was a breeze, she was available any time that we were interested in scheduling. She was honest and up front during a very hot, competitive market. There aren’t enough good things to say about Ursula Ann and the entire Al-LaBrusciano team.
