In July 2022 I decided to move to to Philadelphia I met Liz at one of her listings. Here are some of the reasons that I chose Liz to represent me. Educated in every aspect of her job Where to look, what to look for, knows how the Philadelphia housing market works, sense of style, listened to what was important to me, general understanding of construction Wants what's best for her clients Integrity-If she didn't like something about a house, when would tell me. Was on site for inspections even if I couldn't make it Prepped me with what to expect and when it would happen. When I sell this house and purchase another one, Liz will be the first person I call. She and her team are amazing!

Liz Clark and her team are amazing! As a first time home buyer, I was anxious starting the home buying process, but Liz really took her time to thoroughly explain everything and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Whatever hurdle or issue came up during the process, was resolved immediately as Liz was always on top of it. I knew from our first phone call that Liz was going to be a good realtor, but after meeting and working with her, I realized she wasnt just a "good realtor" she was the best! When I told her how long I was renting in Philly, she immediately said "let's get you your house!" And she did just that! Liz was patient, transparent, respectful, encouraging, knowledgeable (Liz's knowledge of the real estate market is umatched, especially in and around the Philadelphia area) and HONEST. She has such a fun, bubbly personality and always greets you with a positive attitude and a warm smile.
