We are extremely pleased with our experience with Kevin Heatherby and the Tom Toole sales team. Several days on the market and we sold our house for the asking price. We own a home in FL and was assured that once we left the Philadelphia area our home in PA would be well taken care of by Kevin. And he did not disappoint, from shoveling the snow to fixing the storm door and everything in between. We were less stressed as a result! Closing was about 30 days later.

I like to believe that everything in life happens for a reason. Sometimes things happen by chance and they are a learning lesson. But other times, we are given blessings, and that is exactly what Lilly was for me and my family. My husband and I decided to sell our house and find a new place to call home at the end of last year. One evening while searching for potential homes and inquiring about one, I came across Lilly. We worked with Sarah Tymon Hogg from Tom Toole Sales group and she was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Extremely personable and full of knowledge in the field. My husband and I are first time home buyers so we knew actually nothing about the housing market. Sarah took the time to explain every little detail to us and made us feel completely at ease. She took us to numerous showings and helped us work through the pros and cons of each house/location and if we thought it was the best bet for us. I never felt pressured or rushed in the process and could feel the how much Sarah wanted us to find our first home! Looking for a house and making offers is really stressful but Sarah did such a great job with us that I never felt discouraged, she was kind, patient, hilarious, and really understood what my husband and I not only wanted but needed out of a home. I would go to Sarah for any house that I am buying or selling in the future!!
