I recommend not renting an apartment from Cornerstone. This is day 4 of my AC being out in my apartment, it gets to 85 degrees during the day since I am on the top floor in a barn basically. No one responds to me. They keep having someone by the name of Eric reach out to me, he has done absolutely nothing to help us in this situation except for give us excuses. I have not missed our monthly rent payment but when I brought this issue up to cornerstone on April 29 they were more concerned about my rent payment due May 1!!!!!! This is my 6th rental I’ve had in the past 10 years due to relocating for work, this has been the worst experience I have had with any rental company.

Cornerstone is the best Realestate company I’ve ever dealt with! Franco Fierro in particular is an awesome Realtor! Professional, years of experience, always available, he explains everything so it’s easily understood and no gimmicks!! Assured Settlement Service and Mike’s team are also great!! They’ll put the work in to search for the best available rates and programs for your situation. Easy to work with and honest!!

For anyone looking for a great realtor, Kailee Dawson is Awesome! She takes great pride in being the best at what she does. We loved her enthusiasm, professionalism, knowledge, and attention to details. She certainly knows how to market a home. The flyers she created for our showings were amazing! Our home was listed on a Wednesday afternoon and the next day we had six showings and multiple great offers. She followed up on everything, made sure we had all the documents we needed, made calls and sent emails to our HOA and township to obtained all the necessary documents needed for the title company. She also helped us with all the paperwork that was required by us. Selling your house and moving is stressful in itself but Kailee made selling our house a wonderful experience. She works hard and stays on top of things every step of the way. Thank you Kailee for an awesome experience!
