I cannot say enough about Shawn Borden. My husband and I were very nervous to sell and buy a new home. We sat down with Shawn Borden and he explained everything from A-Z. It was a lot to absorbed, but he made our experience a great one. He told us that he would take the stress of of our shoulders, and that is exactly what he did. He sold our home in no time, and found us a new home in a wonderful kid friendly neighborhood. We couldn't of had a better agent. Very knowledgeable, patient, and knows how to negotiate. Shawn Borden sold my rental property in January, 2022. It was only on the market for 3 days and I received a cash offer that was $12,000 over the asking price! Shawn guided me through the steps of preparing my condo for sale. The entire process went very smoothly. Shawn was always available to answer any questions that I had. Whether you are looking to find a tenant or to sell your property, Shawn is a pleasure to work with and very professional. I highly recommend Shawn and his team. Shawn Borden did an outstanding job finding a new tenant for my rental property in less than three weeks (in December 2019). From the initial walk-through of my property to the final signing of the lease, Shawn was very helpful and always available to answer any questions that I had. Shawn really went above and beyond in listing and showing my rental unit. He even furnished “booties” for prospective clients to wear, to prevent tracking any dirt on the carpet. Shawn spent a lot of time working closely with us in the past year while we searched for the perfect home and then sold our old home. We hadn't ever sold a home before, and the process was not without challenges due to some work we had done that required permits after the fact. Shawn handled all of this like a pro and kept us updated on all of the moving parts. I would highly recommend working with him.
