Kerri is quite simply....amazing. We were very fortunate to have such a wonderful agent on our side who gave us nothing but sound advice and peace of mind. While our selliing experience went very smoothly, our purchasing experience out of state was rather complicated and frustrating. Though not at all her obligation, Kerri went well above and beyond her responsibilities as our selling agent to be an absolutely tenacious advocate on our behalf while we navigated through unbelievable challenges with the sellers in Mississippi and especially our lender. She worked side by side with our buyers agent in Mississippi to resolve issues and to help us interpret loads of information. Her advice, her steadfast communication with both the out of state sellers, the lenders agents and her continuous support of us during the entire process were nothing short of miraculous. Both working with and watching Kerri work was a study of customer service and client advocacy in its purist form. If you are in NJ and need an agent, there is no better choice than Kerri Lopez.
