I had the complete misfortune in dealing with this inadequate, unprofessional team of realtors. I had an excepted offer on a house they had listed and after inspection there were a few issues that needed to be repaired. The sellers refused to do most repairs so i agreed for them to do the major ones. Rossi realty who is supposed to be professionals accepted hand written receipts from the supposed contractors that they (Rossi realty) not the homeowners had recommended them use. I called the contractors and one guy hung up on me and said I’m not going to do this anymore, the other contractor said i don’t want anything to do with this I’m resigning my work hire someone else. The work that was supposed to be done never was and these idiots allowed it to happen without even questioning anyone. One of the repairs was for carbon monoxide leaking into the home that was never done! What if my family died you idiots? These were contractors that Rossi Realty recommended, finally and thankfully we were able to get out of purchasing the home but Shirley Rossi refused for over a month to give us back our deposit saying the homeowners were being charged to have the water turned on for my inspection so I’m responsible for the $40 charge. When I asked for the bill they said (Shirley Rossi) there was no bill yet. I called the water company who said we don’t charge for that service and even after telling them that they still refused to give us back our money for another two weeks making up excuses, vacation, someone’s sick, no ones in the office but yet when I call someone picks up the phone?. These people should be out of business they are sneaky, shady untruthful and totally unprofessional and would use any means to sell a house even allowing fake receipts to pass by their faces without question. If they were the last realtors on earth i would burn my house down before using them.

I loved working with this company!!!!!! They were easy to work with, very knowledgeable with today's market, and were so quick at processing paperwork and getting documents together that my loan company hadn't even asked for yet (they were ahead of the game and never took "no" for an answer). My loan company (LoanDepot) was a nightmare to work with! We missed settlement dates and everything due to LoanDepot; Rossi's Office kept our deal alive multiple times (with date extensions) even when the seller was pissed off about changing dates and wanted to kill the deal. They were super supportive and calmed-down every conflict that we hit; yet they were super aggressive when it came to my loan company dragging their feet. It was completely unfair that the loan company was such a headache to deal with, but Rossi's office worked around the clock to make sure we made it to closing. I am BEYOND GRATEFUL! A simple THANK YOU, would not suffice. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for an honest, hard-working group. There was not a single time that i did not trust their opinion or word. They held true to everything they said, even AFTER we made settlement! I LOVE THIS OFFICE! They have my business for life.

Absolutely the worst company out there!!!!!! I applied for a rental home and even told them I had the first months rent and security deposit in hand ready to go. It has been three weeks and NO RESPONSE!!! I work in property management and this is NO WAY to treat your clients. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I was even considering them after renting to hire one of them for when I will buy a home next fall. NOT ANYMORE. They are all rude every time I called for a follow up and don't respond to emails! I have no idea how they are even in business. I will be sure to tell everyone to stay clear of this company!!!
