Please don’t rent from this group. They own multiple homes all over Philly (I’m talking a stack of papers with lists of homes and properties). None of which they take care of even the slightest. Covered in mold, unresolved plumbing issues, security issues. They are quick to take your money and leave you unanswered about your concerns. They expect you to pay for issues that go wrong on the property. They don’t keep your personal information safe. The list goes on. Save yourself the headache and the financial scam & just go elsewhere.

First off, we pay our rent on time every month. Pur hot water stopped working. We called the landlord and was told that we are responsible to fix the hot water system. We had to argue with these ppl to get them to come out here. The heater needed to be replaced and after they replaced it they wanted to raise our rent. We had to fight with them for it not to be raised. Our washer stopped working. They said we were responsible to fix it. We got a repair guy who said there's something wrong with the water line. We called them and they did not respond to our calls or texts. Shortly after, our basement started flooding like crazy. They did not respond to any of our calls or texts. Just a bad experience. They had improved over the years so I added 2 stars up from 1.

Had a smooth experience renting from Triamond & was easily able to communicate and resolve issues throughout my rental period. Negative reviews seem property specific - make sure to tour properties so you know what to expect. Was a pleasure renting through them!

Terrible! I paid a $35 application fee, and my credit came back good. The realtor assured me that if I returned the next day at the arranged time with a cashier's check for the first month's rent, I could sign the lease. The next day, after spending a $2 fee for the cashier's check, I went back to the office EARLY, and they inform me that they already rented the apartment to someone else. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me. I asked for my money back, and they refused. I highly recommend against using this company.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER BEEN TRYING TO GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR OVER A YEAR AND THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME THEY DONT MANAGE THE PROPERTY MAJOR SCAM IVE BEEN CALLING THEM BACK TO BACK AND NOBODY WANTS TO ANSWER NOW
